Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek is the blend of adventure, cultural exploration, and luxurious accommodation available in the Everest region. Throughout the trek, passing several villages inhabited by Sherpas, crossing streams and tributaries via suspension bridges, witnessing the breath-taking mountains soaring high, making through the forest full of rhododendrons, pines, oak, junipers, you shall have a beautiful reminiscence of this lifetime trek. You shall also get opportunities to pass by Mani Walls, Chortens, Prayer Wheels, and visit some ancient monasteries such as Tengboche Monastery and Thami Monastery. In addition to this, following the trails walked by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Sherpa, you shall also visit the Edmund Hillary School at Khumjung. What makes this trek different and so special than other treks is the fact that you shall be easing off your exhaustion in the best accommodation available in the Everest region, with exceptional services from Sherpas.
You shall stay at a Five-Star hotel for your stays at Kathmandu, including the cost of breakfast. You shall be supplied with the best English speaking guide for your trek and required number of porters. You shall visit the UNESCO Heritage Sites at Kathmandu Valley accompanied with the knowledgeable and experienced guide. The cost of the guide, porters, trekking crews, etc. shall be borne by the agency, including any kinds of payments to them, food and accommodation. The cost shall include the cost of all surface and air fares within Nepal, breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the trek, first aid medical kits, TIMS Card and Everest National Park Fee, Welcome Dinner, Farewell Dinner, etc. You shall be provided with sleeping bags and down jackets by the agency. However, the cost shall not include any personal expenses, VISA fee, lunch and dinners at Kathmandu, tips for porters and guides, etc.
Your trek starts after your arrival in Lukla. You shall meet with your guide and porter(s) there, and embark your journey towards Phakding. From Phakding, a 5-6 hours walk shall take you to Namche Bazar. You shall spend an additional day here, exploring the nearby village or valley, and visit the Sherpa museum. Acclimatization is very important while you trek in the high altitude area of Nepal. From Namche Bazar, you shall trek toward Deboche. Via Duglha, Lobuche, Gorakshep, you shall reach all the way to the Everest Base Camp. You shall be embraced by a strong sensation to never let the moment pass, as you reach the bottom of the world’s highest peak. From there, you shall return back to Gorakshep. Next day, you shall ascend to Kalapatthar; the top offers you the most staggering views of the early sunrise. Via Pheriche, Pangboche, Tengboche, you shall reach Namche Bazar. From there, via Phakding, you shall reach Lukla. The guide and porter(s) shall part away from Lukla. Via the 35-minute flight, you shall return back to Kathmandu.
No, any athletic body fitness is required to complete Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek. A moderate level of body fitness with endurance capacity to bear long hours of trekking for some days is sufficient to complete this trek. Few prior trekking experiences and exercise prior to this trek can be added advantages. Though these aren’t mandatory, few trekking experiences bring your body in proper shape and condition; they make you familiar with the high altitude areas and make your adaptation easy. However, ensure that you don’t have any problem with your ankles and knees or any other major part of your body. It is advisable to consult with your doctor and discuss your high altitude trekking. Throughout your trek, you shall be going slow, taking sufficient time for rest, drink plenty of water, and pay sufficient attention to personal and hygiene.
March to May and September to November are considered the best time to make any trek in Nepal, including the Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek. During March to May, the lower elevation areas aren’t too hot, and the high altitude areas aren’t too cold, either. Similarly, the temperature during September to November is moderate. However, the Everest region experiences the busiest traffic during the month of October. Not all trekkers like trekking in the busy trail. There are other months available to trek, if not October.

Travel insurance

Travel Insurance is mandatory for all customers who looking to travel in Nepal with the Mountain Hiking & Trekking .The Travel Insurance must cover both the evacuation and medical cost
There are many insurance companies that offer travel insurance services over the internet. You can choose from a wide variety of insurance companies as per your convenience. Especially when it comes to trekking in Nepal, there is always a narrow chance of minor health issues, injuries and most importantly – altitude sickness.

It is essential that you prefer an insurance rule that covers the cost of the helicopter rescue from the mountains in case of main accidents and delicate mountain sickness (AMS). through such great cases of an emergency evacuation, a helicopter service is the only way out of the mountains. This includes a rescue team for both – ground evacuation and rescue. Which is why we need your travel insurances to cover the cost of helicopter services and evacuation from the Himalayas

It is forever recovered to be safe than apologetic.

Before you plan your trip with Mountain Hiking & Trekking do make sure that your travel insurance covers all the costs mentioned above from a reliable company.
