Tukuche (6920m) peak is one of the best Himalaya in Annapurna Region near Dhaulagiri I. This is considered as low risky expedition. After ascent up to Tukuche peak you can see plenty of mountain ranges such as Annapurna Ranges, Tilicho, Nilgiri and also beautiful villages such as Marpha, Tukuche, Syang, Jomsom. The journey came to end at Jomsom and then fly back to Kathmandu.

We meet all other expedition members and the leader, conduct initial briefing and preparations and we will have an opportunity to do last minute shopping in Kathmandu
We take 6hrs a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (914m). Alternatively you can take a 25mins flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara; hotel accommodation
We take 90mins drive from Pokhara to the trailhead in Nayapool (1050m) and trek 4hrs from Nayapul to Tikhedunga (1577m) via Birethanti (1065m); lodge accommodation or camping
We trek 6hrs from Tikhedunga to Ghorepani (2675m); lodge accommodation or camping
After enjoying early morning hike to Poon Hill (3180m) for sunrise view, we trek 5hrs to Tatopani (2520m). From Poon Hill we will view the sunrise over Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Varaha Shikhar (7847m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna III (7855m), Machapuchere (6993m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna II (7937m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and other numerous snow-capped mountain peaks; lodge accommodation or camping
We trek 6hrs from Tatopani to Ghasa (2010m); the trek follows the Kali Gandaki valley; we will walk along the Kali Gandaki riverside, slowly climbing into sub-tropical flora areas; lodge accommodation or camping
We trek 5hrs from Ghasa to Larjung (2550m); We will walk along the narrow ravine of Kali Gandaki River, and we will passing through Thakali traditional villages; lodge accommodation or camping
We trek 4hrs from Larjung to Maphra (2670m); we will continue along the Kali Gandaki River; we will pass Khobang village with the with quaint allies and tunnels connecting the houses; lodge accommodation or camping
We trek 5hrs from Marpha to Yak Kharka (3680m) via Alubari; camping.
We trek 6hrs from Yak Kharka to Tukuche Base Camp (5100m); camping.

Tukuche Peak is located in the Dhaulagiri region of Nepal, in the Annapurna mountain range.
Tukuche Peak is 6,920 meters (22,703 feet) high.
Yes, Tukuche Peak trek is a challenging trek and requires a good level of fitness and experience in high altitude trekking.
The best time to go on a Tukuche Peak trek is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons, when the weather is dry and the visibility is clear.
You will need specialized mountaineering equipment such as crampons, ice axe, harness, rope, helmet, etc. Additionally, you will also need to carry basic trekking equipment such as trekking boots, warm clothes, sleeping bag, backpack, water bottle, etc.
Duration: 210 kilometers from Kathmandu
Time: The trek usually takes around 27 days to complete, depending on the itinerary and the pace of the trekker.
Permit: Climbing Tukuche Peak requires a climbing permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) and a trekking permit from the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP).
Guide: Hiring a licensed guide is mandatory for this trek, and it is recommended to hire a porter as well.
Starting point : The Tukuche Peak trek typically starts from the town of Jomsom, which is accessible by flight from Pokhara.
Finishing point: The trek usually ends at the town of Nayapul, from where you can take a private vehicle or public transport back to Pokhara.
Highest point : The highest point of the Tukuche Peak trek is the summit of Tukuche Peak itself, which stands at 6,920 meters (22,703 feet) above sea level. However, the trek also involves crossing the Thorong La pass, which is the highest point on the Annapurna Circuit trek at 5,416 meters (17,769 feet) above sea level.
Foods : The trek offers a variety of food options ranging from traditional Nepali dishes to international cuisine. The teahouses along the trail also serve hot drinks and snacks.
